Parking Applications for SY 2025-2026 at Aubrey Rogers High School will open for ALL students on 7/1/25 (6:00 am) and will close on 7/21/25 (11:59pm). It is based on a first-come, first-served basis through the CCPS Student Portal. Parking at ARHS is a privilege. Students must meet all the minimum requirements:
- Students who DO NOT yet have a license or are under the age of 16, may NOT apply for a parking spot. We do not reserve spots.
- A student must maintain a 2.0 unweighted GPA to park at school, and students must pay any fees owed to the front office before being approved. This includes student IDs, parking violations, library books, school laptop, textbooks, and/or other outstanding dues accumulated from activities/athletics.
- Parking spots cost $35.00.
- Any student parking without authorization and/or does not meet the requirements will have discipline consequences and the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- SPECIAL NOTE WARNING: Aubrey Rogers High School is a CLOSED Campus. A student is NOT allowed to leave campus for lunch or anytime of the school day. Administration reserves the right to search your vehicle at any time. If you do not follow the parking rules, your privilege to park will be revoked at any time.
- Sign into your CCPS student portal and complete the parking application form. You will need to upload the following:
- Photo of the vehicle(s)
- Photo of student's driver's license
- Photo of up-to-date registration
- Photo of up-to-date insurance card
**Students will need all of the above uploaded for each car. There is a 2-car max, per parking permit. If a parent is UNABLE to sign off (last step to the application process) on their student’s parking application, they will need to call the Help Desk (239) 377-0445. APPLICATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PARENT SIGNATURE.
**Anyone that does not get their completed applications in by EOD 7/21, will need to wait to apply starting 7/31/25. At that time, students may apply for a parking spot anytime throughout the school year and virtually pick their parking spot and obtain a permit tag at the front office after showing proof payment.
- Starting on 7/22/25, our office will review and either approve or deny applications. If your student’s application is DENIED, we will alert the parent via email with their email that is on file in Focus. They will need to make the necessary corrections to be approved and able to virtually pick their parking spot.
- Students must log into the portal and pick spot (when it's your turn) through "The Drift". Once a spot has been chosen, we will NOT allow them to change their spot.
- Seniors: Wednesday 7/23/25 7am-11:59pm
- Juniors & Seniors who missed: Friday 7/25/25 7am-11:59pm
- Sophomores & everyone who missed their windows: Tuesday 7/29/25 7am-11:59pm
- Parking payments will be cashless. Spots will be $35 and must be paid for on GoFan.co (NOT .com). Any SENIORS who would like to PAINT their parking spots, must pay for the $60 parking fee on GoFan and submit your artwork for admin approval on 7/31 between 8am-3pm to the front office. Dates to paint your spot will be posted on our school website & social media pages.
- Starting on Thursday 7/31/25 SENIORS WHO SUCCESSFULLY PICKED THEIR SPOT, may come to the front office between the hours of 8am-1pm with their GoFan email confirmation of payment and artwork application for admin to review.
Parking Application Directions
- Log into CCPS Portal
- Click on the green tab with the black arrow in the upper left-hand corner
- Click on STUDENTS
- Click on PARKING
- Complete the application by filling out the forms and uploading the necessary pictures. **PLEASE ENSURE NOTHING IS EXPIRED, if so, your application will be DENIED.
- Click on the blue square. This is your digital signature that you acknowledge and agree to the parking rules and responsibilities.
- Send the link OR have your parents/guardian scan the QR Code for them to digitally sign.
Directions for Virtually Choosing Parking Space
- Log into CCPS Portal on your designated DRIFT date
- Click on Student Parking
- Click on the "tilt" icon to change the photo from trees to the parking lot map
- Choose any available spot in yellow.
